Schedule of Yoga Classes

Tuesdays: Prenatal Yoga ~ 7:00-8:15pm @ Blossom Birth

Come together in community with other pregnant mamas as you connect with your unborn baby.  This class includes safe yoga poses, mindfulness and meditation suitable for prenatal bodies, discomforts, and needs.  This is beneficial to maintain balance, strength, and focus during your pregnancy and to prepare for your baby's birth.  This is appropriate for all trimesters.

Wednesdays: Gentle Yoga ~ 3:00-4:00pm @ AVAC

Gentle Yoga cultivates balance, flexibility, and strength.  This class is appropriate for beginners as well as experienced yogis.  Do you have physical limitations?   Are you recovering from an injury or from having a baby?  Nanci uses the therapeutic applications of yoga to assist you and to keep you safe in your practice.    

FOR MEMBERS OF ALMADEN VALLEY ATHLETIC CLUB (AVAC).

Wednesdays: Restorative Yoga~ 6:00-7:15pm @ Almaden Yoga

This relaxing class is done entirely on the floor with the use of props to support you in each pose.  Poses are held for 5-15 minutes to relax your muscles and to calm your nervous system.  This class is beneficial for anyone recovering from injury, surgery, and  for reducing stress.  Appropriate for beginners, and for prenatal and postnatal mamas.  

THIS CLASS IS HYBRID CLASS, IN PERSON and via ZOOM.

Wednesdays: Moon Goddess Yoga ~ 8:00-9:15pm via Zoom

This class begins with a gentle Moon Salutation and a few standing poses.  The last half hour is a restorative practice on the floor with props.  This is particularly beneficial if you are at least 3 months postpartum or anyone wanting a gentle, at-home practice.

Saturdays: Awake & Arise Yoga ~ 8:00-9:15am via Zoom

Come together in community with other women and mamas!  Class begins with warm-up stretches and Sun Salutations to ground and energize you.  We move through a gentle yoga practice to regain balance, strength, and focus.  This is appropriate for all women and is safe for new mamas once you are at least 3 months postpartum.
