As your CAPPA-certified labor doula, I provide support for you and your partner. This includes preparing and planning for your birth, supporting you during labor at your home, and throughout labor and delivery at your birth place.

Ayurvedic Birth Doula Services Include:

I am on-call for you two weeks before and two weeks after your due date.
I provide education and resources as requested by you.
Two prenatal visits at your home to discuss your vision, birth plan, logistics, comfort measures, and more.
I am available by phone, text, and email to answer questions or concerns.
One postnatal visit to your home.

Additional Services Available:

In-home massage both prenatal and postpartum.
Private yoga sessions for the mama ~ prenatal and postpartum
Private yoga sessions for the couple to connect with your unborn baby
