Nanci has been passionate about health since her teen years in New Jersey. She inspires others and shares this passion for wellness through yoga, massage, marma, meditation, Reiki, TRE and as a birth doula. Her practices are steeped in Ayurveda. Nanci is a CAPPA-certified labor doula,. She provides emotional, physical and educational support to you and your partner throughout your pregnancy and during your labor.
Post delivery, Nanci offers healing treatments to assist your body's recovery and bring you back into optimal alignment.

Marma is a 5,000-year old Ayurvedic practice from Kerala in South India. The marma points connect to the subtle nerves (nadis) and energy centers (chakras) of the subtle body and mind. Marma therapy is effective for healing the body and mind for both physical and psychological relaxation and rejuvenation.

All clientele are welcome. Nanci also specializes in Prenatal & Postnatal massage. With 30 years of experience in bodywork, her style is a blend of various modalities: Swedish, Marma, Shiatsu, soft tissue release, Jin Shin Do accupressure, infused with the healing touch of Reiki.
